Integrating Pipedrive CRM into Speechpath


🔧 What You’ll Need

Before you begin, ensure you have the following from your Pipedrive account:

  1. Pipedrive Domain
    To find your company domain:

    • Click on your name in the top right corner of the Pipedrive interface.

    • Select Company Settings.

    • Your company domain is displayed under the General tab.​

  2. Personal API Token
    This token allows external applications like Speechpath to access your Pipedrive data:

    • Click on your name in the top right corner.

    • Choose Personal Preferences.

    • Navigate to the API tab to find your personal API token.​

  3. Field API Key for Organization Phone Numbers (Optional)
    If you have a custom phone number field for organizations:

    • Click on your name and go to Personal Preferences.

    • In the left menu, select Data Fields.

    • Under Customize deal fields, click on the Organizations tab.

    • Locate your phone field, click on the three dots (more actions), and copy the API key.​


đź”— Connecting Pipedrive to Speechpath

  1. Log in to your Speechpath account.

  2. In the main (left) menu, click on CRM under the Integrations section.

  3. Select Pipedrive from the CRM selector.

  4. Enter your Pipedrive details:

    • Company domain

    • Personal API token

    • Field API key (if applicable)

  5. Click Save to establish the connection.​
