Monitoring and recording communications

Procom Voice Solutions Ltd t/a Speechpath are regulated by Comreg, so there may be a request from Comreg and law enforcement authorities to share personal data as and when requested.

There may be times we need to instruct a third party to carry out checks on your personal data (i.e. credit check), prior to us carrying out such tasks, you will be informed of the necessary checks for our business purposes or as required by law.

How Speechpath uses automatic data collection tools.

The Speechpath website uses cookies to remember log-in details, collect statistics to optimise site functionality, collect information on user activity, improve your user experience and deliver content tailored to your interests.

Speechpath also allows third-party advertising companies to use cookies on our web sites in order to optimise our advertisements and marketing and to serve advertisements specific to your interests on other websites.

Speechpath may use Google’s remarketing services to tailor advertisements to your perceived interests. Remarketing uses cookies and device identifier data to serve ads based on users’ past visits to the website. This data may be processed by a third party that operates as an SEO agency. This data won’t be shared with any other advertisers and Google won’t use your remarketing lists to advertise its products.

If you choose to receive marketing emails or newsletters from Speechpath, we may track whether you’ve opened those messages and whether you’ve clicked on links contained within those messages, through the use of web beacons and personalised URLs embedded in these communications. This allows Speechpath to better personalise future communications and limit these communications to subjects that are of interest to you.

Customers should note that, while Speechpath ensures every effort is taken to protect their privacy with various strict internal procedures. Customers should still note that information disclosed over the Internet is inherently not secure and is on a public network. Speechpath cannot be held responsible nor do we accept liability for unauthorised access to the public network. All information provided by customers is done entirely at the customer’s own risk.

How long we keep your personal data

Typically, we keep personal data for the length of any contractual relationship and, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, after the end of that relationship for as long as necessary to perform purposes set out in this privacy statement, to protect Speechpath from legal claims and administer our business. When we no longer need to use personal data, we will delete it from our systems and records or take steps to anonymise the data unless we need to keep it longer to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
