CRM Integration

Automatically search your CRM for the caller-id of an incoming or outgoing call, and receive a link to the contact via desktop notification - your agent can have the CRM web interface open with the clients details before the call is answered.
We currently have integrations to Autotask, Dynamics, Hubspot, Insightly, Onepage, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zendesk and Zoho, with more to follow as demand dictates.

Call Recording

Company-wide call recordings all in one place. Filter and search by call date, to and from numbers, duration, extension or id. Playback in the browser or download.

Call Tagging

An agent can add notes and tags to their calls in real time.
Administrators have access to filters and stats built on the tags, and can also access the call notes and recordings directly from the call tagging interface.

Network level number routing

Inbound number routing can be controlled directly in the Sip2Web app, providing the option to bypass the PBX entirely if required. Number destination can be set to any valid SIP URI or forwarding phone number. Routing changes will propagate across the network in less than one minute.

Wallboards & Stats

Per-number and per-extension displays with real-time updates, fully user customisable wallboards are launched from the user app in a new tab, no installation required.
The user app has displays for outgoing destination stats, incoming number-dialled and extension performance stats, and complete outbound CDR records.
